member agencies can provide employers with many services and
benefits:
Job-ready candidates. Our agencies helped to prepare over 2000 customers for the workforce in the last fiscal year.
Pre-screened candidates: Our business consultants and job placement staff listen to your employment
needs and then search our applicant pool for the right candidate.
All at no cost to you.
Job Fairs: You can attend job fairs
conducted by our member agencies, or a member agency can host
your job fair. We hold job fairs in our facilities, near where
job candidates live.
Supportive services: Our agencies
help link our customers, your employees, to supportive services
such as transportation and child care so that their work performance
remains high and you suffer less employee turn-over and absenteeism.
Retention services: We continue
to work with employees placed at your company for at least one
year, sometimes longer. This service helps individuals succeed
at their job and helps you retain employees.
Tax Incentives: For interested
employers, we can supply help with how to access tax incentives
related to hiring applicants who qualify as members of certain
